  • 1 lb chicken cooked and diced
  • to taste salt
  • to taste pepper
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves minced garlic
  • 1 cup cheese shredded
  • 4 tortilla
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley for garnish

Method
 

  1. Cook chicken, season with salt and pepper, and dice.
  2. Sauté garlic in olive oil until fragrant. Add chicken and toss.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in cheese until melted.
  4. Lay tortilla flat, spoon in chicken mixture, fold sides, and roll tightly.
  5. Melt butter in skillet, cook wraps seam-side down until golden brown and crispy.
  6. Let wraps rest for 1-2 minutes before slicing.
  7. Sprinkle with parsley and serve warm.

Notes

Use a variety of cheeses for a more complex flavor.
