Ingredients
  

Dough
  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup dried cranberries
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Cream butter and sugars, then add egg and vanilla.
  2. Mix in flour, baking soda, and salt. Fold in cranberries and chocolate chips.
  3. Drop dough onto baking sheet, bake for 10-12 minutes, cool before serving.

Notes

For softer cookies, slightly underbake and let cool on the sheet.
