Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Cream butter and sugars, then add egg and vanilla.
- Mix in flour, baking soda, and salt. Fold in cranberries and chocolate chips.
- Drop dough onto baking sheet, bake for 10-12 minutes, cool before serving.
Notes
For softer cookies, slightly underbake and let cool on the sheet.
