Ingredients
  

Banana Mixture
  • 3 pieces overripe bananas, mashed
  • 4 tbsp melted vegan butter
  • ¾ cup maple syrup
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond or oat milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
Dry Ingredients
  • tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • cups all-purpose flour (regular or gluten-free)
  • 1 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
Cinnamon Swirl
  • cup light brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp ground cinnamon
  • ¾ cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tbsp melted vegan butter
  • 2 oz softened vegan cream cheese

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a loaf pan.
  2. Mix mashed bananas with melted vegan butter, maple syrup, almond milk, and vanilla until smooth.
  3. Add dry ingredients and oats; stir just until combined. Pour half into pan.
  4. Swirl in cinnamon mixture, add remaining batter, and swirl again.
  5. Bake for 50–60 minutes, cool, then spread frosting over the loaf.

Notes

Ensure not to overmix the batter for a tender loaf.
