Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a loaf pan.
- Mix mashed bananas with melted vegan butter, maple syrup, almond milk, and vanilla until smooth.
- Add dry ingredients and oats; stir just until combined. Pour half into pan.
- Swirl in cinnamon mixture, add remaining batter, and swirl again.
- Bake for 50–60 minutes, cool, then spread frosting over the loaf.
Notes
Ensure not to overmix the batter for a tender loaf.
