Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a loaf pan.
- Mix mashed bananas, melted vegan butter, maple syrup, almond milk, and vanilla until combined.
- Add baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, salt, then fold in flour and oats. Mix just until combined.
- Pour half the batter into the pan, swirl with cinnamon mixture, add remaining batter, swirl again, then bake 50–60 minutes.
- Cool, then spread frosting made from powdered sugar, vegan butter, and cream cheese over the loaf.
Notes
Ensure not to overmix the batter for a tender loaf.
