Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C). Line a 9-inch dish and spray with oil.
- Mash bananas until smooth. Mix with melted vegan butter and flour to form a dough.
- Roll dough into a rectangle, spread with vegan butter, sprinkle cinnamon and sugar, add banana slices and nuts.
- Roll tightly from the long edge, cut into 9 pieces, and place in dish.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden. Cool slightly and drizzle with glaze made from powdered sugar and plant milk.
Notes
Ensure bananas are very ripe for best flavor and sweetness.
