- Combine olive oil, white vinegar, and lemon juice in a bowl. Whisk until blended.
- Add Parmesan, sugar, salt, pepper, herbs, garlic, and red pepper flakes. Mix well.
- Taste and adjust seasonings as desired. Store in an airtight container and refrigerate for at least an hour before serving.
Notes
This dressing is best when chilled to allow flavors to meld.
