  • 2 tsp honey
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 cup chicken broth
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley for garnish

Method
 

  1. Mix butter, honey, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  2. Cook chicken breasts in olive oil for 5-6 minutes per side until golden and cooked through.
  3. Deglaze the pan with chicken broth, then stir in the butter mixture and cook until smooth.
  4. Return chicken to the skillet, coat with sauce, and simmer for 2-3 minutes.
  5. Garnish with parsley and serve hot.
