Method
- Butterfly chicken breasts and season with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Sauté garlic and spinach in 1/2 tbsp olive oil until wilted, then mix with cheeses, seasoning, and lemon juice.
- Stuff chicken with spinach mixture and secure with toothpicks. Sear in skillet for 3–4 minutes per side.
- Transfer skillet to oven and bake at 375°F (190°C) for 20–25 minutes. Rest before slicing and serving.
Notes
Secure the stuffed chicken well to prevent filling from leaking during cooking.
