Ingredients
  

Dry ingredients
  • 1 ¼ cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 2 TBS cinnamon
Wet ingredients
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup mashed bananas, fully ripened
  • 2 large eggs
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 1 stick unsalted butter, room temp.
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C).
  2. Mix bananas, sugar, butter, eggs, salt, and sour cream.
  3. Add dry ingredients and mix until combined.
  4. Pour batter into loaf pan(s) and bake for 20-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
