Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line baking sheets with parchment.
- Mix dry ingredients; set aside.
- Cream butter and sugars; add eggs and vanilla.
- Gradually add dry ingredients; fold in chips and nuts.
- Drop dough onto sheets, add sprinkles if desired, and bake 10-12 mins.
- Cool cookies on racks before serving.
Notes
For softer cookies, slightly underbake and let cool on the baking sheet.
