Method
- Spray slow cooker insert with nonstick spray and add frozen meatballs.
- Whisk together beef broth, gravy mix, onion soup mix, ketchup, and Worcestershire sauce; pour over meatballs.
- Cover and cook on LOW for 5–6 hours.
- Mix cornstarch with cold water to make a slurry, then stir into the slow cooker and cook for 10 more minutes until thickened.
- Serve hot over mashed potatoes or noodles, garnished with parsley if desired.
Notes
For a thicker gravy, add more cornstarch slurry as needed.
