Method
- Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl until well combined.
- Shape into 12 balls and flatten into cookie shapes on the sheet.
- Bake for 15 minutes, then cool and serve.
- Store in an airtight container for up to 7 days.
Notes
For added flavor, try adding chocolate chips or nuts.
