  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup salsa choose your favorite type
  • 1 cup shredded cheese cheddar or Mexican blend works great
  • 1/2 cup sliced black olives
  • 1/2 cup chopped green onions
  • Chopped tomatoes or pico de gallo for a fresh touch
  • Jalapeños for a spicy kick
  • Chopped cilantro for added flavor
  • Black beans for extra protein and texture

Method
 

  1. Prepare the Base Layer: Spread refried beans evenly across the bottom of your dish.
  2. Add the Refried Beans: Spoon the refried beans onto the base layer and gently spread them out.
  3. Incorporate the Guacamole: Spoon the guacamole over the refried beans, and spread it gently.
  4. Spread the Sour Cream: Spoon the sour cream over the guacamole and spread it evenly.
  5. Add the Salsa: Spoon the salsa over the sour cream layer.

Notes

For a spicier dip, use hot salsa and add a layer of diced jalapeños.
