  • 1 cup Lettuce Shredded
  • 1 cup Sour cream For color
  • 1/4 cup Olives Chopped black
  • 1 cup Guacamole Not too much
  • 1 cup Salsa Any kind
  • 2 cups Cheddar cheese Sharp
  • 1 cup Pepperjack cheese Optional

Method
 

  1. Beans: Spread beans as the bottom layer.
  2. Lettuce: Add a layer of lettuce.
  3. Sour cream: Spread sour cream over lettuce.
  4. Olives: Sprinkle olives sparingly.
  5. Guac: Add a layer of guacamole.
  6. Salsa: Spread salsa over guacamole.
  7. Cheese: Top with cheddar and pepperjack cheese.
