Method
- Peel and cube the sweet potatoes.
- Cook the sausage in a skillet with olive oil until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
- Add sweet potatoes and cook for 5 minutes.
- Mix honey, garlic, soy sauce, paprika, salt, and pepper; pour over the mixture.
- Cover and simmer for 10 minutes until sweet potatoes are tender. Garnish with parsley and serve.
Notes
Adjust salt and pepper to taste. For a spicier kick, add red pepper flakes.
