Ingredients
  

Canned Goods
  • 10 oz Tuna (drained)
  • 3 pcs Hard Boiled Eggs
  • 3 tbsp Celery (finely chopped)
  • 2 tbsp Red Onion (finely chopped)
  • 2 tbsp Pickles (finely chopped)
  • 2 tbsp Green Onions (thinly sliced)
  • 1 tbsp Fresh Parsley (chopped)
  • 2 heaping tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp Dijon Mustard
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 1 tsp Hot Sauce
  • 1/2 tsp Paprika
  • to taste Salt and Pepper

Method
 

  1. Add dressing ingredients to a bowl and mix well.
  2. Combine tuna, eggs, and chopped vegetables in a large bowl.
  3. Pour dressing over the mixture and stir until evenly coated.
  4. Serve as is, in sandwiches, or lettuce wraps.
