Ingredients
  

Eggs
  • 6 large eggs
Dairy & Condiments
  • 1/4 cup mayo
  • 2 to 3 teaspoons dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
Vegetables & Herbs
  • 1/4 cup small diced red onion
  • 1 tablespoon sliced fresh chives
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill
  • 1 teaspoon capers (optional)

Method
 

  1. Hard boil the eggs, then peel and chop them.
  2. In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, and sea salt.
  3. Add chopped eggs, red onion, chives, dill, and capers to the dressing. Mix well.
  4. Season with black pepper to taste and serve.

Notes

For extra flavor, let the salad chill for 15 minutes before serving.
