Method
- Preheat oven to 350˚F. Prepare two bread pans with butter and flour.
- Whisk dry ingredients: flour, sugar, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, cloves, nutmeg, salt.
- Whisk wet ingredients: eggs, oil, pumpkin, vanilla.
- Combine wet and dry, whisk until smooth, divide into pans.
- Bake for 45-55 minutes, until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool in pans 10-15 minutes, then transfer to wire rack.
Notes
Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days or freeze for longer storage.
