Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix cranberry sauce, orange juice, honey, mustard, garlic, onion, salt, and pepper to make the glaze.
- Rub turkey with olive oil, place in a pan, and coat with half the glaze.
- Roast for 1.5-2 hours, basting with reserved glaze every 30 minutes.
- Rest for 15 minutes, garnish with rosemary, and serve with remaining glaze.
