  • 1 piece turkey breast (4-6 pounds)
  • 1 cup cranberry sauce
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • fresh rosemary for garnish (optional)

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix cranberry sauce, orange juice, honey, mustard, garlic, onion, salt, and pepper to make the glaze.
  3. Rub turkey with olive oil, place in a pan, and coat with half the glaze.
  4. Roast for 1.5-2 hours, basting with reserved glaze every 30 minutes.
  5. Rest for 15 minutes, garnish with rosemary, and serve with remaining glaze.

Notes

Use a meat thermometer to ensure proper doneness.
