  • 1.5 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts

Method
 

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add chicken and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.
  2. Add garlic powder, salt, and pepper; cook for 1 minute.
  3. Pour in chicken broth and bring to a boil. Add orzo and cook until al dente, about 8 minutes.
  4. Stir in broccoli and cook until tender, about 3 minutes.
  5. Serve hot, garnished if desired.

Notes

Use fresh broccoli for best flavor and texture.
