Ingredients
  

Main
  • 3 pieces ripe bananas
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup coconut flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup walnuts or pecans (optional) optional
  • 1 tsp cinnamon (optional) optional

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
  2. Mash bananas, then mix in eggs and vanilla.
  3. Combine dry ingredients and add to wet mixture.
  4. Fold in nuts if using, then pour batter into pan.
  5. Bake for 45-50 minutes, cool before slicing.

Notes

Use ripe bananas for best flavor and sweetness.
