Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Spread tortilla chips on a baking sheet.
- Sprinkle cheddar and Monterey Jack cheese over chips.
- Top with warmed pulled beef and jalapeños.
- Bake for 5-7 minutes, until cheese is melted.
- Remove from oven and let cool slightly.
- Drizzle with sour cream.
- Add dollops of guacamole and salsa.
- Garnish with chopped cilantro.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
For extra flavor, try adding a sprinkle of chili powder or cumin to the pulled pork before adding it to the nachos.
