Ingredients
  

Nachos
  • 1 bag tortilla chips (10-12 ounces)
  • 2 cups pulled beef pre-cooked and warmed
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1/2 cup pickled jalapeños sliced
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup guacamole
  • 1/4 cup salsa
  • 2 tablespoons chopped cilantro

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Spread tortilla chips on a baking sheet.
  3. Sprinkle cheddar and Monterey Jack cheese over chips.
  4. Top with warmed pulled beef and jalapeños.
  5. Bake for 5-7 minutes, until cheese is melted.
  6. Remove from oven and let cool slightly.
  7. Drizzle with sour cream.
  8. Add dollops of guacamole and salsa.
  9. Garnish with chopped cilantro.
  10. Serve immediately.

Notes

For extra flavor, try adding a sprinkle of chili powder or cumin to the pulled pork before adding it to the nachos.
