Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Brown ground beef in a skillet over medium heat. Drain excess grease.
- Stir in taco seasoning and water. Simmer for 5-7 minutes, or until liquid is absorbed.
- Spread tortilla chips on a baking sheet.
- Top chips with seasoned ground beef and shredded cheddar cheese.
- Bake for 5-10 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove from oven and top with sour cream, salsa, black olives, and jalapeños.
- Add optional toppings as desired. Serve immediately.
Notes
For spicier nachos, use a hotter salsa or add more jalapeños.
