Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Brown ground beef in a skillet, drain grease.
- Stir in taco seasoning, follow package directions. Set aside.
- Spread tortilla chips on a baking sheet.
- Top chips with beans, beef, and salsa.
- Sprinkle with cheddar and Monterey Jack cheeses.
- Bake for 10-15 minutes, until cheese is melted.
- Remove from oven, top with sour cream, olives, jalapeños, and green onions.
- Serve immediately. Add guacamole if desired.
Notes
For a spicier kick, use hot salsa and add extra jalapeños!
