Ingredients
  

Nachos Ingredients
  • 1 bag tortilla chips
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 16 oz refried beans
  • 16 oz salsa
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 0.5 cup sour cream
  • 0.25 cup sliced black olives
  • 0.25 cup pickled jalapeños
  • 0.25 cup chopped green onions
  • Guacamole optional

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Brown ground beef in a skillet, drain grease.
  3. Stir in taco seasoning, follow package directions. Set aside.
  4. Spread tortilla chips on a baking sheet.
  5. Top chips with beans, beef, and salsa.
  6. Sprinkle with cheddar and Monterey Jack cheeses.
  7. Bake for 10-15 minutes, until cheese is melted.
  8. Remove from oven, top with sour cream, olives, jalapeños, and green onions.
  9. Serve immediately. Add guacamole if desired.

Notes

For a spicier kick, use hot salsa and add extra jalapeños!
