  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 cup sour cream for spicy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon hot sauce adjust to taste
Main Ingredients
  • 1 lb sirloin steak sliced thin
  • 2 cups cooked rice
Vegetables
  • 1 cup sliced bell peppers
  • 1 cup sliced onions

Method
 

  1. Marinate the steak in soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, and sesame oil for 10 minutes.
  2. Cook the marinated steak in a hot skillet until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. In a separate pan, sauté vegetables until tender.
  4. Mix sour cream with hot sauce to make spicy cream sauce.
  5. Assemble bowls with rice, cooked steak, vegetables, and drizzle with spicy cream sauce.

Notes

Use thinly sliced sirloin for best results and adjust spice level to taste.
