  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 lb ground beef
Other ingredients
  • 1/4 cup almond flour
  • 1 egg egg
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 tsp allspice
  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg
  • salt and pepper, to taste salt and pepper

  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 tsp dijon mustard
  • salt and pepper, to taste salt and pepper

Method
 

  1. Mix ground beef, almond flour, egg, heavy cream, allspice, nutmeg, salt, and pepper; form into small meatballs.
  2. Cook meatballs in a skillet until browned and cooked through; set aside.
  3. Melt butter in the same skillet, add heavy cream, beef broth, and mustard; cook until thickened.
  4. Return meatballs to skillet, coat with gravy, and simmer briefly; garnish with parsley.

Notes

Use fresh parsley for best flavor and adjust seasoning to taste.
