  • 12 slider buns
  • 0.5 cup butter, melted
  • 2 tablespoons Italian seasoning
  • 0.25 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 0.5 pound sliced turkey ham
  • 0.5 pound sliced beef salami
  • 0.5 pound sliced provolone cheese

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Slice slider buns in half horizontally.
  3. Combine melted butter, Italian seasoning, and Parmesan cheese.
  4. Brush the butter mixture on both halves of the slider buns.
  5. Layer turkey ham, beef salami, and provolone cheese on the bottom half of the buns.
  6. Place the top half of the buns on top of the cheese.
  7. Cover the sliders with foil and bake for 15 minutes.
  8. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  9. Slice into individual sliders and serve immediately.

Notes

For extra flavor, add a thin layer of Dijon mustard or garlic aioli before adding the meats and cheese.
