Italian Sliders

These Italian Sliders are a crowd-pleasing appetizer or quick meal, packed with savory deli meats, melted provolone, and a flavorful Italian dressing. Perfect for parties or a simple weeknight dinner!

Ingredients
  

Sliders
  • 12 slider buns
  • 0.5 pound sliced turkey ham
  • 0.5 pound sliced beef salami
  • 0.25 pound sliced beef pepperoni
  • 0.5 pound provolone cheese, sliced
  • 0.25 cup Italian dressing
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Optional: banana peppers, sliced black olives

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Slice slider buns in half horizontally.
  3. Layer turkey ham, beef salami, beef pepperoni, and provolone cheese on the bottom half of the slider buns.
  4. Optional: Add banana peppers and sliced black olives.
  5. Place the top half of the slider buns on top of the cheese and meats.
  6. In a small bowl, combine melted butter and Italian seasoning.
  7. Brush the butter mixture over the tops of the slider buns.
  8. Drizzle Italian dressing over the sliders.
  9. Cover the sliders with foil and bake for 15 minutes.
  10. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the buns are golden brown.
  11. Slice into individual sliders and serve immediately.

Notes

For extra flavor, toast the slider buns before adding the fillings.
