Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
- Mix mashed bananas, eggs, Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla until combined.
- Whisk together flour, protein powder, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
- Combine dry and wet ingredients, then fold in chocolate chips.
- Pour batter into pan and bake for 50-60 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool in pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to wire rack to cool completely.
Notes
For extra flavor, add a handful of chopped nuts or a sprinkle of cinnamon.
