Ingredients
  

Bananas
  • 3 pieces ripe bananas, mashed
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup whole wheat flour
  • 1/2 cup protein powder (vanilla or chocolate)
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
  2. Mix mashed bananas, eggs, Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla until combined.
  3. Whisk together flour, protein powder, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
  4. Combine dry and wet ingredients, then fold in chocolate chips.
  5. Pour batter into pan and bake for 50-60 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
  6. Cool in pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to wire rack to cool completely.

Notes

For extra flavor, add a handful of chopped nuts or a sprinkle of cinnamon.
