Ingredients
  

Canned Goods
  • 10 oz tuna in water, drained
Dairy
  • 0.33 cup plain nonfat Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
Vegetables
  • 0.25 cup diced celery
  • 0.25 cup chopped red onion
Seasonings
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (optional)

Method
 

  1. Drain and flake the tuna into a bowl.
  2. Add Greek yogurt, lemon juice, and Dijon mustard; mix well.
  3. Stir in celery and red onion.
  4. Season with salt and black pepper, then add parsley if desired.
  5. Mix thoroughly and chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

For extra flavor, add a squeeze of lemon or your favorite herbs.
