Method
- Drain and flake the tuna into a bowl.
- Add Greek yogurt, lemon juice, and Dijon mustard; mix well.
- Stir in celery and red onion.
- Season with salt and black pepper, then add parsley if desired.
- Mix thoroughly and chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.
