Ingredients
  

Bananas
  • 3 pieces ripe bananas, mashed
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup whole wheat flour
  • 1/2 cup protein powder (vanilla or unflavored)
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts or chocolate chips (optional)

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
  2. Mix mashed bananas, Greek yogurt, honey, eggs, and vanilla in a bowl.
  3. Combine dry ingredients and gradually add to wet mixture, stirring gently.
  4. Fold in nuts or chocolate chips if desired, then pour batter into pan.
  5. Bake for 50-60 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool before slicing.

Notes

Using ripe bananas enhances sweetness naturally.
