Method

- Mix mashed bananas, Greek yogurt, honey, eggs, and vanilla in a bowl.
- Combine dry ingredients and gradually add to wet mixture, stirring gently.
- Fold in nuts or chocolate chips if desired, then pour batter into pan.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool before slicing.
