Method
- Line an 8x8 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- Combine oats, almond flour, peanut butter, maple syrup, coconut oil, almond milk, vanilla, and salt in a bowl.
- Mix well until a dough forms.
- Fold in the vegan chocolate chips.
- Press the mixture firmly into the prepared pan.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
- Cut into bars and enjoy!
Notes
For a nut-free version, substitute sunflower seed butter for the peanut butter and use oat milk.
