  • 0.5 cup peanut butter
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
  • 1 egg egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ¾ cup oat flour
  • ¼ teaspoon baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons peanut butter (for the glaze)
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (for the glaze)

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8×8 dish with parchment.
  2. Mash banana, then mix in peanut butter, honey, egg, and vanilla until smooth.
  3. Fold in oat flour, baking powder, and cinnamon until just combined.
  4. Spread batter evenly in the prepared dish and bake for 18-20 minutes.
  5. Mix glaze ingredients and drizzle over cooled bars before slicing.
