  • 6 large jalapeños halved lengthwise and seeded
  • 4 oz light cream cheese softened
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • 1/4 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Method
 

  1. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Combine cream cheese, cheddar, yogurt, garlic, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Mix well.
  3. Fill each jalapeño half with the cheese mixture.
  4. Combine panko and olive oil in a small bowl. Toss to coat.
  5. Sprinkle breadcrumb mixture over the filled jalapeños.
  6. Place jalapeño poppers in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook in batches if needed.
  7. Air fry for 8-10 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
  8. Let cool slightly before serving. Enjoy!

Notes

Adjust cooking time based on your air fryer model. For extra spice, leave some seeds in the jalapeños!
