  • 6 large jalapeños halved lengthwise and seeded
  • 4 oz light cream cheese softened
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Everything Bagel Seasoning Optional

Method
 

  1. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Combine cream cheese, cheddar cheese, green onions, garlic powder, and black pepper in a bowl. Mix well.
  3. Fill each jalapeño half with the cheese mixture.
  4. Toss panko breadcrumbs with olive oil until coated.
  5. Sprinkle the panko mixture over the filled jalapeños. Optionally sprinkle with Everything Bagel Seasoning.
  6. Place jalapeño poppers in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook in batches if needed.
  7. Air fry for 8-10 minutes, or until the jalapeños are tender and the topping is golden brown.
  8. Let cool slightly before serving.

Notes

Adjust cooking time based on your air fryer model. For extra spice, leave some seeds in the jalapeños.
