Method
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Sauté diced onion and minced garlic in olive oil until soft.
- Cook ground turkey until browned, breaking it apart.
- Stir in mixed vegetables, chicken broth, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 5 minutes.
- Transfer mixture to a baking dish.
- Spread mashed potatoes evenly over the top.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, until golden brown and bubbling.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
For extra flavor, add a sprinkle of cheese on top of the mashed potatoes before baking.
