  • 1 pound Ground Turkey
  • 2 cups Mixed Vegetables (Carrots, Peas, Corn)
  • 1 Onion, Diced
  • 2 cloves Garlic, Minced
  • 2 cups Mashed Potatoes
  • 1 cup Chicken Broth
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
  • to taste Salt and Pepper
  • Olive Oil for cooking

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Sauté diced onion and minced garlic in olive oil until soft.
  3. Cook ground turkey until browned, breaking it apart.
  4. Stir in mixed vegetables, chicken broth, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 5 minutes.
  5. Transfer mixture to a baking dish.
  6. Spread mashed potatoes evenly over the top.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes, until golden brown and bubbling.
  8. Let cool slightly before serving.

Notes

For extra flavor, add a sprinkle of cheese on top of the mashed potatoes before baking.
