Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line baking sheet with parchment.
- Mix dry ingredients in a bowl; set aside.
- Cream butter and brown sugar until fluffy. Add molasses, egg, vanilla; mix well.
- Gradually add dry ingredients; chill dough 30 minutes.
- Shape dough into balls, coat in powdered sugar, place on sheet, and bake 10-12 minutes.
