Method
- Sauté diced potatoes in 1 tbsp butter and olive oil until golden and fork-tender, about 10-12 minutes. Remove and keep warm.
- Sear steak bites in 1 tbsp butter until browned, 2-3 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.
- Add minced garlic to the pan with remaining butter, cook for 1 minute until fragrant. Return steak and potatoes, toss to coat in garlic butter.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve warm.
Notes
Ensure not to overcrowd the pan for proper searing.
