Garlic Butter Steak Bites and Potatoes (Tender & Crispy!)

Ingredients
  

Meat
  • 1 lb pounds sirloin steak cut into bite-sized pieces
Vegetables
  • 1 lb pounds baby potatoes diced
Dairy & Oils
  • 3 tbsp tablespoons butter divided
  • 1 tbsp tablespoon olive oil
Aromatics
  • 3 cloves cloves garlic minced
Herbs & Spices
  • 1 tsp teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 tsp teaspoon dried rosemary
  • to taste salt and pepper
Fresh Herbs
  • 2 tbsp tablespoons fresh parsley chopped, for garnish

Method
 

  1. Sauté diced potatoes in 1 tbsp butter and olive oil until golden and fork-tender, about 10-12 minutes. Remove and keep warm.
  2. Sear steak bites in 1 tbsp butter until browned, 2-3 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.
  3. Add minced garlic to the pan with remaining butter, cook for 1 minute until fragrant. Return steak and potatoes, toss to coat in garlic butter.
  4. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve warm.

Notes

Ensure not to overcrowd the pan for proper searing.
