Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
- Mash bananas, then stir in melted butter, sugar, vanilla, and salt.
- Add baking soda, then fold in flour and cinnamon.
- Mix in nuts or chocolate chips if desired, then pour batter into pan.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool before slicing.
Notes
For extra flavor, add a dash of nutmeg or a handful of chocolate chips.
