Ingredients
  

Protein
  • 4 cups diced or shredded cooked chicken breast
  • 8 slices cooked and chopped beef
Vegetables
  • 5 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 pound thawed frozen spinach (well-drained)
Dairy & Condiments
  • 1 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (separated)
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (separated)
Garlic
  • 3 cloves minced garlic

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine chicken, beef, broccoli, spinach, garlic, and ranch dressing.
  3. Transfer mixture to a baking dish and top with mozzarella and cheddar cheeses.
  4. Bake for 25-30 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden.
  5. Let cool slightly before serving.

Notes

For extra flavor, add herbs like parsley or paprika before baking.
