Method
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Roll out puff pastry, cut into 3x3 inch squares, and press into mini muffin tin cups.
- Place small Brie pieces and a spoonful of cranberry sauce into each pastry cup. Brush edges with beaten egg.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden and puffed. Cool slightly before garnishing with herbs.
Notes
Use a sharp knife to cut the puff pastry evenly for uniform bites.
