- Combine water, butter, and salt in a saucepan. Bring to a boil.
- Remove from heat, add flour, and stir until a smooth dough forms.
- Let the dough cool slightly for about 5 minutes.
- Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
- Heat vegetable oil to 375°F (190°C).
- Transfer dough to a piping bag with a star tip.
- Pipe 4-5 inch strips into hot oil and fry until golden brown.
- Remove churros and drain on a paper towel-lined plate.
- Combine sugar and cinnamon in a shallow dish.
- Toss warm churros in the cinnamon-sugar mixture.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
