Easy and Classic Chicken Salad (Gluten Free)

Ingredients
  

Main
  • 1.5 lbs Chicken Breast (cooked and shredded)
  • 2 stalks Celery Stalks (chopped)
  • 0.25 cup Red Onion (chopped)
  • Salt and Pepper Salt and Pepper to taste
  • 0.75 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp Spicy Brown Mustard
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 1 tbsp Fresh Tarragon (finely chopped)
  • 1 tbsp Fresh Chives (finely chopped)
  • 1 tbsp Fresh Thyme (finely chopped)

Method
 

  1. Add chicken, celery, red onion, mayonnaise, mustard, lemon juice, tarragon, chives, and thyme to a bowl. Mix well.
  2. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
  4. Serve in lettuce cups, over salad, or on bread.

Notes

For extra flavor, add a dash of paprika or chopped nuts before serving.
