Method
- Cook ground beef in a skillet until browned, then add taco seasoning and water. Simmer for 5 minutes.
- Combine chopped lettuce, cherry tomatoes, black beans, corn, and cheddar in a large bowl.
- Add cooked beef to the salad and toss gently.
- Just before serving, add crushed Doritos, salsa, and sour cream. Toss lightly.
- Serve immediately for maximum crunch.
