Method
- Slice each date lengthwise, without cutting all the way through.
- Fill each date with peanut butter.
- Sprinkle chopped peanuts over the peanut butter.
- Melt dark chocolate with a teaspoon of coconut oil (if needed for smoothness).
- Dip each stuffed date into the melted chocolate, ensuring it's fully coated.
- Place the chocolate-covered dates on parchment paper.
- Sprinkle with sea salt (optional).
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the chocolate to set.

For a vegan option, use vegan dark chocolate.
