  • 1.5 lbs cooked chicken, shredded
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup buffalo wing sauce
  • 1 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 0.25 cup chopped green onions optional for garnish
Serving
  • Tortilla chips, crackers, or celery sticks for serving

Method
 

  1. Combine chicken, cream cheese, buffalo sauce, ranch, and cheddar in a crock pot.
  2. Stir until well combined.
  3. Cover and cook on low for 2-3 hours, or on high for 1-1.5 hours, until heated through and cheese is melted. Stir occasionally.
  4. Garnish with green onions, if desired.
  5. Serve warm with tortilla chips, crackers, or celery sticks.

Notes

For a spicier dip, use a hotter buffalo wing sauce. You can also add a pinch of cayenne pepper.
