- Pat the salmon fillets dry and season lightly.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and cook salmon skin-side down until crispy, about 4-5 minutes.
- Flip the salmon and cook for another 3-4 minutes until cooked through.
- In a small bowl, mix honey, soy sauce, and minced garlic.
- Pour the honey garlic mixture over the salmon and cook for 1-2 minutes until glazed and sticky.
- Garnish with chopped green onions and serve immediately.
Notes
For extra crispiness, broil the salmon for the last minute.
