Method
- Season chicken with salt and pepper. Cook in a skillet with oil until golden and cooked through, about 5-6 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.
- Sauté garlic in the same skillet until fragrant, then add heavy cream, lemon juice, lemon zest, and Parmesan. Stir until sauce thickens slightly and cheese melts.
- Return chicken to the skillet, spoon sauce over, and simmer for 2-3 minutes. Garnish with parsley and serve warm.
Notes
For extra flavor, add a pinch of red pepper flakes or serve with a side of steamed vegetables or pasta.
