Method
- Cook pasta according to package; add broccoli in last 2 minutes. Drain and set aside.
- Melt butter in skillet; cook kielbasa until browned, about 5 minutes.
- Add onion and garlic; cook 2-3 minutes until fragrant.
- Whisk milk; pour into skillet, simmer until thickened, 3-5 minutes.
- Gradually add cheese, stir until melted; mix in pasta and broccoli. Season and serve.
Notes
For extra flavor, garnish with fresh parsley.
